My goal when I get to college is to work hard academically as well as athletically-I will work hard for my major (Marine Biology) as well as my sport. I anticipate meeting people and making new friends. I know I will have lifelong memories. I am a hard worker and if there are obstacles or barriers, I will find a way to overcome them. I know there are three ways to do this: the easy way, the hard way, and the right way. I take responsibility for my actions, if I make a mistake I will own up to it. Life is always learning from my mistakes as well as other's. I plan to always continue to learn new and different things. I strive to be a leader and a team player by helping my teammates to become better players and teammates through dedication, hard work, motivation and example. I currently have a 3,5 GPA and am working to improve it. I also am working towards a high school honors diploma. I have been in many sports activities since I was 2 involving 7 different activities. I have boiled it down to 2 sports (softball and swimming) and bowling for my high school years. I have been a member of the high school state swim team for the past two years, and at the age of 12 I was ranked first in the state for the 1650. I am involved in the community as a Key Club and Z Club member, I have been involved with activities in my church since I was 10, and recently I started training in the Hawk-eyes cadet corps of Raptor Sentinel's scanners (Aerial Reconnaissance) . I have learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, having a good attitude, and determination.
