Personal Statement

I have been playing softball since I was eight years old.  Since I first stepped on the diamond, I have aspired to play at the highest level of my ability.  My focus is to play at the collegiate level.

I understand that playing softball in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my entire life.

I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates.  I am very coachable and competitive.  I strive to be one of the hardest working players and recruits you’ll find.

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA.  I volunteer as a buddy at Special Olympics and am currently a member of our high school's mini-THON committee which raises money for pediatric cancer. .

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college for my education at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all peers and make my parents proud.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
