Personal Statement
Hi,
My name is Noelle Radai, and I am a 2024 graduate. I currently play for the Pittsburgh Riot 06. In March of 2022, I was ranked #180 top 2024 player in the country. I was named one of the top 5 PA catchers of 2024 by papreps.rivals.com in 2021 and again in 2022. In 2019 I was All American. I am best known for my strong arm, ability to call pitches, and framing skills behind the dish. Offensively I am a contact hitter with power capabilities from either side of the plate. When not focusing on softball I enjoy drawing, hunting, family, and ice skating.
Through softball, I've learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership. I strive to improve each year and believe I have the talent and attitude to compete at the college level and to make an immediate impact on any program. I believe what sets me apart from other recruits is my positive attitude even in the face of adversity. I set goals and work very hard to accomplish them. I don’t shy away from criticism, am mentally strong and I am always looking to improve my game.
My goals for college include a school that is focused on academics as well as athletics. I want to attend a school that will strengthen my character, is athletically challenging and can provide me with an education that will allow me to achieve my career goals.
