Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Madison and I have been playing ball since the age of five. I started catching at the age of ten, but I have the ability and experience at many other positions on the field. I love everything about the game of softball, and it is a big part of my life. I am a hard worker, a good athlete, and an exceptional leader. I am 100% committed to my team. I will do whatever it takes to help my team under any circumstance. One of my biggest assets is my true and thorough understanding of the game. I can look at the game in action and think strategically at all times with a fast and effortless response to all game scenarios when they are presented. One of my most notable softball accomplishments was winning the championship with my ASA league teammates my very first year of competing at a higher, more competitive level. I would love to be able to play college softball in order to continue to nurture and grow as a student athlete both on and off the field. In addition to the softball experience, I also look forward to earning a degree in social work because I am extremely passionate about giving back and helping others.
