What makes me a good person to have not only in a college but also on a sports team is that I am truly kind and caring. I know when to talk and when to keep my mouth shut and listen. I ask questions when I am not sure of what I am supposed to do. I catch on really quick and do whatever I am asked (as long as it is not life threatening :) ). I enjoy being with people and working together. I keep my temper under control and know that if I say one thing that I can be replaced. I have realized over the years that I am nothing special and that everyone can be replaced even if that person is not as good as you. Although this has never happened to me before I have seen it happen with many other teammates. I also have come to know that the coach is the only one who should be saying anything to any of the girls on the team and if I or anyone feels the need to tell someone something we should wait and make a suggestion to the coach and see what they say.
