Personal Statement
Hello coaches! I have always been considered a very active person. I enjoy learning all that I can about the sport that I love and always willing to help others as well. When not practicing with my team, I put in the work at home either with my dad or by myself. I do this by doing drills on and off the tee and I usually help out pitchers by attending their lessons and apply my catching mechanics for extra practice with live pitching. My current primary position is catcher which is my passion but I am also a utility player (short stop, center, and 3rd as most common other positions) and don’t mind playing where my team needs me.
While staying active in different sports and/or activities in my school, I also know the importance of keeping up with my school work and I made Principals list by having straight A’s and I am a member of the National Junior Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Softball is my passion and I am determined to always work hard to be the best I can be for myself and my team.
