I've been playing softball since I was 9 years old and can't begin to tell you how many life lessons that I've learned (determination, time management, pride, humility, selflessness, patience ...and so much more). I have made many friends along the way and softball has become a part of who I am. It is a very important part of me and I would like to continue playing for many years to come.
Just as important, I believe that the lessons that I have learned from softball will help with my determination to become a Veterinarian. I know it won't be easy, but what softball has taught me about myself, life, and others, has only made me stronger as a person, a student, and one day I will be a dedicated Veterinarian. To play college softball while studying to become a Veterinarian would be a dream for me and I am determined to find the right fit.
