Taylor Reel '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Taylor Reel. I am 17 years old and attend Skyline High School in Front Royal, Virginia as a senior. It is my desire to study psychology (later on behavioral science, to continue my pursuit of becoming a behavioral analyst in the FBI) and play softball at the collegiate level. My primary position is catcher. My secondary positions are 3rd base and shortstop. However, I have the ability to be a utility player. I carried over a 4.0 GPA during all four semesters of my freshman, sophomore and junior years. I played basketball and softball during that time. I also played volleyball my freshman year. What makes me a good candidate for a team is my dedication, athleticism, competitive nature, attitude, and constant drive to be a better player, individual, and teammate. I focus not only on being a great athlete but also on my academics. I am enrolled in dual enrollment classes, with Laurel Ridge Community College, and continue to be just as focused on maintaining my excellent GPA, as well as improving my ability to perform as an athlete.
