Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old. I have played many positions throughout the years which include catcher, pitcher, 1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base, short stop, and right field. I played all of these because I was coachable enough to play any position I was given. The last couple of years I have played in my key positions, 2nd base and outfield. I currently play for Washington Illusion 16A as a 2nd baseman and outfielder. In high school I play LF and SS for Varsity. I bat and throw right handed but I am a switch hitter and can hit any way a coach asks me to. I am a team player and have never let my team down which is why commitment is a valuable asset when playing in any sport. I am willing to work hard academically to play in college. I don't know what makes me different from others that is for a recruiter to see but I hope you like what you see. Thank you.
