Personal Statement
Ever since I started playing softball as a little girl, I have dreamed of playing at the collegiate level. I grew up watching college softball players on t.v. and have always wanted to be just like them. The highlight of my softball career so far has been playing in the USA All American tournament in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 2016. I grew a lot as a player and as a person because of this experience. Playing against girls that were better than me pushed me to strive to become a better athlete. I am a committed and competitive player and always encourage and support my teammates. I dedicate lots of time and effort into everything I do, including school, sports, and having good relationships with my teammates. As an athlete as well as a person I know my work-ethic, dedication, and drive will allow me to compete and succeed at the collegiate level.
