Personal Statement
My name is Shaylee Scabby and I am a senior this year at Skyline High School. I am 5’8” SF for my varsity high school team and a SG for my club basketball teams Team Hawkins (2016-2017) and Arizona Elite (2018). When I was a freshman varsity starter I scored my highest with 16 points. I have been playing basketball since I was 8 years old and fell in love with the sport since I started. I play and train year round and I give 100% to my team and coaches. Basketball is what I love but education is more important. I pride myself being aggressive on both ends of the court and being a team player. My ultimate goal and the end of each game is to strive to put my team first win or lose.
