Personal Statement
My name is Arin Freeman. I have been playing basketball since I was 8 years old. As the years have gone by, I have developed a real passion for the game.
I understand the importance of having a committed work ethic on the court, as well as in the classroom. As a junior at North Little Rock High School, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA for the duration of my high school career. In addition, I have also remained in the Top 5% of my class since my freshman year. As a NLR Varsity lady cat basketball player, I play the point guard position, I am a two-year starter, and I served as team captain this season (19-20).
Playing basketball on the collegiate level, while earning a degree has always been a dream of mine. I believe that hard work and dedication are essential to obtaining any desired success, and I know that I have these qualities to be a true difference maker at any institution. An exceptional academic program, a diverse student population, and a sense of family and community is vital to my college experience!
