Personal Statement
I have been playing basketball since I was in second grade, with the Upwards program at Marmaduke First Baptist . I am very self driven and spiritually driven person. I owe all my talents and awards to my Savior Jesus Christ. I have been playing school ball since the fourth grade, I play school ball at present and has played on MAYB Teams and AAU teams. I have played for an AAU team from Jonesboro, Arkansas for going on 2 years and a Mountain Home team. I love basketball and plan to play college basketball. I feel that I cannot be out hustled or out ran on the court, with or without a basketball. I feel my excellent defense is my strongest point. I love to drive, and to steal the ball. I am eager to learn more and strive to work hard at improving my game and knowledge of the game. Not only do I pride myself in basketball as a good all around player but I also feel I am an excellent student, role model, and a great asset to my community. I have a serious personality but I am a very happy person by nature. All of my past coaches have said that I was a joy to coach and they wish they had more players with as much heart as I have. My dream, goal, and aspiration is to play my heart out for a college coach. I feel I have the drive, ability, and attitude to help lead a team to a championship.
