Personal Statement
My name is Monalie Bohannon , I am Native American and African American. I currently live on my reservation. I've been playing basketball since I was seven years old. I play basketball for my high school girls varsity team , Hamilton High School located in Anza, California. I've been playing for a native youth athletic association called Inter Tribal Sports for the past ten years. I play for a club team called Inter Tribal All Stars. Basketball motivates me to stay active and to not give up. I play with my heart, win or lose I enjoy being on the court. I am going into my junior year of high school and am looking forward to this season coming up.
