Selai Niu '22 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember I have always loved sports. I grew up in the gym as I watched my older siblings play on the court. As a kid I played soccer and basketball all the way up until high school where I decided to stop playing soccer and pursue my dream of playing basketball in college.  

I play varsity basketball at C.K. McClatchy High School. I am a significant role player as a junior. I enjoy the powerful competition, the thrill of close games and cheering on my teammates on and off the court. Basketball had educated me to be a team player, smart communicator, and leader. I play unselfish basketball, speed, quickness, and have a desire to win. I try to better my teammates, I have great court vision, the ability to make threes, drive and kick, and a great defender. 

I have an enormous love and passion for this game and I would not be where I am without it. I put my all to fulfill my goals in furthering my education and taking part in collegial basketball.
