My name is Mia Meldung and I have been playing basketball since the seventh grade. I have always been an athlete, playing every sport my school offered, but, once I began playing basketball I fell in love with it. I value constructive conversation with coaches and trainers, and the guidance they offer to improve my game. I am very hardworking, both on and off the court, I strive to do well in academics as much as in athletics. Aspects of my game that I find are really strong is my capability to shoot that basketball, to handle the ball with pressure, and to see the court and my teammates on it. I work a lot on my defense since I feel it is an important aspect of the game, and I feel it should be stronger. My future goal is to play basketball at the collegiate level, while receiving a great education.
