At the start of a young age, I have been involved in multiple sports; basketball, swimming, volleyball, softball, dance, etc.. As a young girl, right from the beginning basketball has stood out to me. Although I struggled in the beginning with learning the game, I quickly learned. I put hours of practice and hard work to become the player I am today, and I still continue to work hard. I am very coachable, and am always open to criticism, for I know there is always room for improvement. I am always a positive player, and am always told I have a smile on my face, and always encourage my teammates. I understand basketball is a TEAM game, and work together with every teammate. I am a hard worker and put 110% in everything I do, especially practice because that is where I improve. I attend basketball camps throughout the summers, and ever since I was able to, I have been on an AAU team. My freshman year, I knew I wanted to take basketball to the next level and play in college. To this day, I continue to work hard.I would not be where I am today without all of my coaches, my parents, and most importantly God. He strengthens me along the way and because of Him, I accomplish goals along this journey.
