I got serious about basketball later then most girls that are interested in playing at the collegiate level because I was a travel soccer player. The Summer of 2020 was my first year playing AAU ball. I loved it and wish I had starting playing AAU earlier. My dad is my high school coach which is a blessing and sometimes a curse. I work hard in practice which carries over to games. I always take the ball out for out-of-bounds plays because I see the court well and have few turnovers. I handle the ball well for my size. I was consistently in the top 3 high scorers on my high school team but I am most proud of pulling down an average of 3 rebounds per game. I also play high school soccer and was a member of the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 state championship teams.
In addition to athletics, I work hard at school. My school's grading scale is rigorous (94-100 = A) but I have still managed a 3.67 GPA taking AP and Honors courses. I work as a lifeguard at the YMCA for Southwestern Indiana and help my parents with our three dogs and my younger sister and brother.
I wish to attend law school with the goal of being an FBI special agent or US Attorney.
