Personal Statement
Hi coaches! My name is Elizabeth Kirby and I have dreamed about playing collegiate level basketball since I was 5 years old. I would like to study political science/criminal justice in college. After I graduate college I would like to go to law school, and then pursue a law career.
I have always been independent and willing to go and lead by example. I like to encourage those around me to be the best people they can be. I am very coachable, willing to give 110%, and work hard. I don't give up playing no matter what the score is and how much time is left on the clock.
I have always been relentless in my pursuit to do well in school, I try to average A's and B's. I always try to do my best in learning a subject. My focus is always on school when i'm in the classroom because I know my path can change.
