My goals and aspirations is to allow basketball to take me places and experience what I could never imagine. Starting the age 15/16 which is quite late as it isn't as popular in England - but had a burning passion to play from the first time I bounced a ball. I've always dreamed of playing in college and leaving my city to do something exceptional.
I am a great candidate for a team is because I have heart, I never give up and a coach will never have say anything about my effort nor my attitude. I'm about doing the right thing 1000 times rather than 1000 right things. I believe that my hard work ethic is something that rubs off on team mates and inspires those around me.
I am different to other recruits because of my character, I am fun to be around, respected on and off court and always see things in a positive view. I believe that I am always learning new things and getting better as an athlete, I am always using opportunities for me to get better. I also like to give back. In my first year of college (now) , I've helped fund raise for not only the future of the program but to help out the younger generation, whether it is being a ref for a game or helping out coaching, i want people to have opportunities I never got. My academic's in high school was good, I'm still trying to find the right major for me at present in college, I'm looking to transfer from computer systems technology, to possibly philosophy or phys ed.
I want to be at a college which push me both on court and academically. Where I don't just have a team but have a family, I also want to continue to inspire those around me and work hard.
