Bailee Taylor '14 Recruiting Profile

I've always wanted to play college basketball because I grew up around the sport.  I started AAU tournaments in the 3rd grade and now I am going to be a senior in high school.  I live and breathe basketball so I wish to further my basketball career beyond high school.  My goal is to become a better shooter so I can contribute more to my team rather than just being a defensive specialist.  I am aware that my stats show that I am not the #1 shooter but I offer a lot defensively and I have been improving offensively.  I am a positive team player and very coachable.  Distributing the ball well and looking up the court is a strength for me.  I am able to run the floor and be a big pest to those I am guarding often stealing the ball away.  My high school team plays at a very fast pace so I am accustomed to that type of play.
