Erin Mitchell '24 Recruiting Profile

I found basketball later than most when I tried out for my high school team in 7th grade. I made the Varsity roster that first year and fell in love with the game. I am 6'3" and have a high basketball IQ. I see the floor well and understand all of the moving parts of my team. I like to play tough in the post and use my strength to my advantage. I like it when I get the opportunity to play against other tall players and really test myself. I live for basketball and can't wait to continue my career in college.

I was home-schooled throughout elementary school and now attend a hybrid college prep high school where I currently have a 4.21 GPA. I have a solid Christian character and good work ethic. Some of my strongest attributes are determination and refusing to ever give up. If you tell me I can't do something, I will work even harder to accomplish it.
