Sydney Murrin '15 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to attend a University with a good Biology Program and to pursue studies in Zoology or Marine Biology. Academically my grades have been improving year over year and I'm currently at 3.2 GPA. I've played AAU Basketball since fourth grade and started both years in Junior High and have been a starter since my freshman year on our High School varsity team. I'm strong on defence, rarely turn the ball over and averaged 7 rebounds a game. I play the off guard position but could be a small forward. In the past season I've played all 5 positions. I also run track (High Jump and Hurdles) and attended the Junior Olympics last summer in Detroit. I'm a team player mentoring both freshmen and upper class who have difficulty with the plays during games and at practice. At 16 I still have major upside with strength and look forward to working with a good program to continue my development. I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile.
