I am a Point Guard/Shooting Guard at Gaithersburg HS and I also play AAU basketball for 1onNone Basketball. I can handle the ball very well and am good 3-point shooter. I am a leader on the court by always being vocal on both offense and defense. Communication is key to teams. I always give my 100% of the time. I work hard both on and off the court to further both myself and my teammates. I work hard to develop my game both in season and out. I believe heart and determination are two key ingredients to success. My dream has always been to be able to play college basketball.
As far education, my cumulative GPA is about a 3.5/4 and my weighted GPA is about a 4.1/5. I am eager and enjoy to learn and I maintain my GPA while challenging myself with my courses. I participate in many extracurricular's such as being our Junior Class President, being apart of our Students Against Destructive Decisions club, being the Philippines representative in International club, and managing various athletic teams, (volleyball, lacrosse, and field hockey), for my HS. In college I want to major in computer engineering: cyber security/networking.
I value my education very highly, and wish to find a school with a good academic program that is the right fit for me as well as my level of competition. I also want to attend school on the east coast so I can stay near home. I hope to gain life experience and valuable knowledge while at college.
