I can remember when my mom first registered me for a local recreation league at the age of 6yrs old and I asked to be placed in a division higher than what they originally suggested because I wanted to play in real life game situations. Since I first stepped on the court, I have aspired to play at every level available to me and wanted one of those levels to be at the collegiate level. With my high basketball IQ, strong ball handling skills, explosive defensive abilities, I am able to impact the game on both sides of the ball. I am a vocal team leader on and off the court who strives to lead by example while assisting and also encouraging my teammates. I embody a competitive spirit and am very coachable while making it a point to be one of the hardest working players for any team I am a part of.
Off the court, I study hard and maintain a high GPA of a 4.2 in my honors and AP courses. In my free time I love to give back to my community and volunteer at local community services and clubs. Also, I am currently a member of our National Honor Society.
My goal is to attend a college where I can push myself academically and athletically while developing personal and professional relationships that will last a lifetime. I am open to all opportunities that may be available to me and want to find the right college fit for myself at the highest level of competition possible. My dream and ultimate goal is to accomplish all that I have been preparing and planning for my life and that I am able to do so with the basketball in my hands.
