I started playing basketball at the age of five. From the start my love for the sport was recognizable by those who watched. I began playing for a recreational team for my town, then i moved onto a travel team, and progressed to playing AAU. Throughout the years i have have had experience at every position on the floor. No matter what position i am playing, my leadership will prevail. Playing college basketball has always been a dream of mine and i am willing to do whatever it takes to make that dream come true. People notice my intensity on the court, from rebounding, to diving for loose balls, to fighting my way into the paint, i never fail to make an impact. The determination i have to give the game my all rubs off onto my teammates and helps us all have a never quit type of attitude. I like to be a role model to younger players, so whenever theres a chance to help them improve I'm all for it. I volunteer for basketball camps involving the local youth. I attend basketball clinics to make myself better whenever it is possible for me. I strive to be the best i can be not only on the court, but in the classroom as well. I am currently in multiple honors classes and receive good grades consistently. Overall i excel at keeping a good attitude, being coachable and always giving 100%.
