Meghan Boyle '10 Recruiting Profile

My name is Meghan Boyle and I am a 2010 graduate from Monson, Massachusetts. My dream has always been to be able to play basketball at a college level. I have been playing basketball since I was five years old. I made varsity my freshman year, a starter in my sophomore year, my junior year and my senior year. I am the Captain of the team this year. As a junior I was chosen for all Western Mass 1st team for all of division III, All Scholastic First Team, played in the Baystate Games 2009. I have played four years of AAU basketball. I have been an honor roll student since first grade. In high school I have taken AP Government, Honors English, Honors Language, Honors Chemistry I and II and Honors Spanish Four. I carry a 3.7 GPA and want to attend a college where I can learn to be the best basketball player I can be. I am the senior class treasurer, member of the Math Team, in the Outdoors Club, in the International Club and a 12 year Girl Scout. I have coached a 5th/6th grade girl's basketball team for the past two years. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college to enjoy basketball and prepare myself for a future career in psychology or special education.
