I've been playing ball since I was in the 3rd grade. I take basketball very serious. Once I hit the court I'm going to give everything I've got. I believe that no one can stop me. No one will out work me.
I am very passionate about improving my game on the court working on my ball handling and shooting skills. Playing basketball is such a privilege and I won't stop until I know I gave it my all.
The word student in student athlete always come first to me because there will be a day for me when basketball will end.
My freshman year I was cut from the JV team but made the freshman team. I wasn't satisfied because I knew I was better. I worked on my game and showed the coaches I am varsity player.
My first game as a freshman I scored 46 points and the next two games high double digits until I moved up to JV. On JV I score high double digits until I was moved to varsity but suffered an injury. I had to prove I am not an average player.
My first year on varsity I averaged 8.1 ppg, 7.9 reb/g, & 2.1 stl/g, I made all conference honorable mention this year. I can't wait to see what God has for me. Just google "Jada Patton Jackson Michigan" to keep up with my career.
