Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Ainsley Hale. I am a 17 year old Junior at Tupelo Christian Preparatory High School in Tupelo, Mississippi. I am a hard working, dedicated high school basketball player. I have been a starting guard on the VARSITY basketball team since the beginning of my 7th grade year. I received All Division First Team Honors at the end of my 8th grade season, my 9th grade season, and my 10th grade season. I was also named the Class 1A Region 4 Most Valuable Player and Player Of The Year for my team on MaxPrep at the end of my 10th Grade season. I have just completed the 10th game of the season in my 11th Grade year. I have 110 Varsity starts under my belt. My career stats through those first 110 games are: 1,263 Points, 506 Rebounds, 375 Steals, 306 Assists, and 60 Blocked Shots.
I presently have a 3.5 GPA. I am looking for a quality education that will position me strongly upon graduation. My goal is to explore a Business major. I have also set a goal to play college basketball and I am working hard on my game to accomplish that goal. I plan to be a dynamic player and a positive influence on the team. I hope to find an environment in which I can learn from others and make a positive impact as soon as possible. I am passionate about being the best I can be, and I have been passionate about the game of basketball since I was old enough to dribble. I know how important it is for players to conduct themselves with honor and respect on and off the court. I understand that the way I carry myself will reflect on my team, my coaches, and the school I attend.
