My personal collegiate goal is to ultimately get involved in the criminology field; rather than hope for an offer from a WNBA team. It doesn't decrease my determination and love for the sport if I'm not known worldwide or am not wanted by every professional team. I only care that I am blessed with an opportunity that allows me to put on a jersey, work alongside teammates, and compete against opponents. At the end of the day, whether I have won or lost, I promise to represent my team on and off the court. I believe I'm different than other recruits, in character, athletics, and academics because I thrive on making my teammates better players and individuals than they were yesterday. A big factor that contributes to my love of basketball is getting to help my teammates or even my community, whether it's spiritually, personally, and academically.
