Adicia Yarbrough '16 Recruiting Profile

My main goal, other than playing in college and if God allows it professional basketball, is to become an OB/GYN. I've always viewed becoming an OB/GYN as bringing God's creations into the world. I'm not only a dedicated athlete, but I am also a dedicated student. I have many goals and I always give more than mandatory effort to achieve them. What makes me stand out from other recruits is that for me student comes first, so I take on my academic tasks before my athletic. I am a people person and I get along with my teammates and classmates. I make the team laugh and try to keep everyone's spirits up and try my best to be a great leader and example for others on the court and in the classroom.I have also been the team captain of my team for junior and senior year. I am very determined and I hold a high standard as far as grades and I have maintained an A average throughout all of my years of school.
