My name is Emma Krause. My journey with basketball started later than most. I didn’t start playing competitively until the summer going in to eighth grade. Basketball has instilled many good habits into my life. One of the most important being work ethic. I am willing go above and beyond to reach both team and individual goals. This also applies to academic expectations I have for myself. I have a 4.25 weighted GPA. I have also taken honors classes throughout my high school career.
I have experienced adversity many times in my basketball career. I feel I am a stronger and better player because of it. I am constantly working to improve all aspects of my game. My passion for basketball has only gotten stronger after overcoming each obstacle. I am pursuing the opportunity to play college basketball because it is something that I truly love. I feel I would be an asset to any program because I am willing to put in the work on and off the court.
