Basketball is so many things for different people. For me the sport is my gateway it’s my world outside of this world. Since i was younger i loved sports i was generally good at everything i did or touched, with basketball though, it was different there was a need for improvement, there was battles that were needed to be faced every time i stepped on the court. For that i fell in love i knew i had to give it my all, i believe that there is always something pushing you to do better and for me it’s Basketball. I’ve always been a well rounded student athlete staying on the honor roll. Its sad to say but without my drive for basketball I would have been moping about my knee injuries and health issues. But my drive for Basketball taught me something though, when one really values something no obstacles should be able to take it away from you, that’s when you know, something is for you when everything you've faced with this piece of importance but you continue to trust the process, by putting your all into it. Therefore i aspire to be bigger than what my struggles are, and i feel like i would be a well rounded student athlete on an a team. I feel as if i would be a great fit for your team, I’m devoted to what i love and very much passionate, and these two things make you the best at what you do. These two things will allow me to not only be an asset to the team but also the school as a whole. I am a dedicated student athlete that will overcome any obstacle that is placed in my why, and if im on your team im guarnteed to bring something by putting my all into it.
