Morgan Kappenman '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Morgan Kappenman, and I would like to introduce myself formally. I played on varsity since my sophomore year, and I have been playing basketball since 1st grade. I was team captain and was recognized as the defensive player of the year and the following year for offensive player of the year. I belong on an AAU team, New Mexico Select. I am an exceptional student, and I have maintained a 4.15 Grade Point Average throughout my High School career. I want to go into the medical field or dentistry. Every year, I received an annual certification from 6th grade to now for my academic achievements, such as academic honor roll, presidential academic award, and top honor award for a 4.0 and higher. Although I take my academics very seriously, strive for the best, and put my goals far to outreach, I love making my friends and family laugh while I make jokes.

I plan to attend a college with a high academic standpoint that fits me perfectly. I am very committed to playing at the college level and excited. If I were given this opportunity, I would be grateful and ecstatic about it.
