As someone who has just started basketball this year I can understand why many would not see me as their first pick. However from knowing absolutely nothing about basketball when the season first started I've accomplished to become someone who not only will aggressively play on defense but when needed or if the opportunity is seen will go for rebounds. I think what makes me different from a lot of players is my loyalty and sportsman ship to my team. In and out of games I look out for my teammates, even if it may seem I don't get the same treatment in return. I play competitively and with my heart on the court. I know I'm not the greatest player but I believe what I may just need is practices that teach me skills needed to build on my weak points as well as a coach or guide who is willing to teach me such things. I wouldn't consider myself a slow learner- once something is taught to me and I understand it as well as practice it I can apply it to games and whatnot. One promise with any sport I play is to push myself and play my hardest.
