Natalie Angeletti '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been extremely blessed the last three years to be a part of three state final four basketball teams.  My hard work in the off season has paid off- being named to the All New York State Tournament team, 2 time All-State team,  2 time All Western New York team, and all county and division teams the last 3 years.  Achieving success at an earlier age has molded me into the leader I have become. Last year as an elected team captain, I tried to base my leadership qualities on those that came before me. Brittany Lenart was a senior captain in my first varsity year. Seeing Brit overcome the death of her father and lead our team to its' first state final four was inspiring. I choose the #12 because of Brit- who is currently living her dream playing college basketball.  Being surrounded by such great players has shown me the values of commitment, sacrifice, and being a great teammate.  These values have guided me in other sports as well. I was extremely fortunate to have been on our school's first state championship team in volleyball and named to the New York State All State Volleyball team.

I feel that my basketball experiences, working with coach Darren Fenn at Premier Basketball, playing travel ball with Ken Ricker/ Jamestown Elite and leadership on and off the court will make me a successful college athlete at the next level.  I strive to put God and family first, academics second, and sports third. I believe that I have the talent and skill to play collegiate basketball. But most importantly- I have the work ethic, character, and mind-set that We is Greater than me. I look forward to my journey of playing college basketball and believe that I will be able to make an immediate contribution to your team.
