Kennedy Grier '20 Recruiting Profile

As a child, I participated in gymnastics, cheerleading and soccer. However, I fell in love with basketball after playing on a team at the local YMCA. Since then, I have poured my heart and soul into the game. It has taught me hard work, determination and perseverance will take me a long way, on and off the court.  All qualities that make me a good candidate for your team. 

Although I’m dedicated to basketball and improving my game, I'm just as dedicated to my academics. I balance academic rigor, community service and athletics. I enjoy volunteering with Big Sisters, Special Olympics, spending time with friends and family and enjoying a good movie.

I thank my parents for teaching me to set goals and work towards accomplishing them. My goal is to play collegiate basketball and I will continue working until I reach my goal.
