I am simply a young lady who strives to be nothing less than GREAT in all areas of my life.At the age of 10 I lost my dad suddenly on 12-27-13 to a brain aneurism . When I lost my father I promised myself as well as my mother that I would give my all in every thing I do and by the grace of God I’ve been able to do just that since. My dad signed me up to play on an AAU team names xplosins in our local town when I was 8 and I played with them until I entered middle school. My step dad has been right by side since about a year of my dads passing. It was he, who taught me that hard practice and dedication pays off.We would get up at 4 & 5 am to go to the gym when I was like 11 or 12 years old and with that simple lesson of “the early bird catches the worm “ he laid the foundation for me to never stop striving for the best. Any college that I attend will always gets 110% of me off and on the court. I work well individually as well as in groups. I am very open to constructive criticism and I’m always open to any advice or pointers that will help me grow mentally and physically. I am currently enrolled in Honors and/or IB classes and my lowest grade right now is 89. I am a hard worker, a go getter, not a slacker and very determined to be successful.
