Personal Statement

I want to play basketball in college while obtaining my degree in Education. I want to be a teacher and a coach. My older sister played for the Wright State University Basketball Team, so I know what expectations lie before me and I am up for the challenge. I have loved basketball my entire life and always had a ball in my hand as a young child. My dad is a head football coach, so I have been around coaches my whole life. I understand the value of team work and work ethic. I am very determined and competitive. As a point guard I feel that I am the leader of the team. I love distributing the ball and can score, as well.
