My name is Aliyah Scott and I am a 5’10 combo gaurd for Bishop Canevin High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I joined the Slaam AAU organization for the 2022 AAU season and am known as the big guard who can and will play all positions.
I know that college will be a time of hard work and I will need to focus on my education, basketball, and on my team. My goal is to study business or sports medicine/fitness.
On the court I am a dynamic and versatile player. I know how important it is to be a team player and work hard to be a strong voice of encouragement and support to my teammates. I am not a selfish player and make choices to make my team win and not just myself.I also know that it is important to respect your coaches. I always try to make make good choices and try to act as a leader for teammates.
It is my goal to play basketball in college. I know that doesn’t come easy and am dedicated to making sure that I am physically and mentally strong enough. I train hard 5 days a week with my basketball team, trainer, and boxing coach . I want to be valuable to the college that I attend and my team.
