My collegiate goal is to get my associate's degree in Business Management, I'm considering of getting another associate's degree. Just don't know what to sign up for. My main goal is to get further than my family members. I am willing to do anything to make that happen. I'm think I am a good role model, not only on the court but also in school. I made a promise to my mother that if I get into college, I will not let her down and show her that I can achieve my goals and aspects. If I don't make it into the WNBA or anywhere else. I will push myself to keep fighting for an open spot. This recruitment is my last shot at getting somewhere and if I don't make it, I would be a teacher's aid. I have tried and tried to get into basketball camp but no luck. In the summer times, all I did was work and I didn't really have much thought about basketball. Basketball is my main focus in school and I have been a great student from a small town called Marty. No one ever has anything to do here, so we pick up a basketball and we play against everyone. Open gyms are the main thing to get any better. we have two small weight rooms and people rarely use them. I lift weights, I run and run, then I scrimage. All boys and girls play together and make small teams together. Boys have taught some moves and defense, I use everything in the game. They taught me how to play smart and aggressive. Since there's no that much to do, I make myself productive and try to make a change. I push my teammates every game that we can not give up. Even if the team looks better and stronger than we do. We gotta fight to the finish, we can not let even the biggest team push us down. My grandpa is a vice chairman in Yankton Sioux Tribe, he wants me to go to summer leagues and summer camps for basketball players. He told me that I can take my teammates, so we could work on our chemistry. I thought about it, I really would like that to happen. I may not end up anywhere but I am looking for a ticket out of this small reservation.
