Emma Dye '28 Recruiting Profile

Hi. My name is Emma Dye and I just finished my sophomore season at Moore County High School in Lynchburg, Tennessee. My 7th grade year, I received all conference and all tournament for my middle school team. My 8th grade season my team and I went 16-0 in regular season and won the conference and area tournament championships I was named all conference and all tournament and I was also awarded mvp for the area and conference tournaments. I was a team captain for my middle school team for  2 years. Last season, freshman year, my team and I went all the way to the state tournament in Murfreesboro after being district and regional champs. I was named all region as a freshman. We finished the season 28-4  This past 25-26 season as a sophomore my team and I went 17-11 finishing in the region semifinals loosing a close game to Richland who went on to be state champs. At the end of the season I was awarded all season by the coaches in our district.

I have played TVBA/ AAU ball since I was 6. I played for the Top Gun orginization for a few years. My 8th grade summer we won the Division ll State championship in Knoxville TN. 

My grades are very important to me and I try my best to keep them as high as possible and I am in the Beta Club/ National Honor Society.

I can promise my team that I will always do the best I can to win for the team and bring the leadership role.
