Jessica Amezaga '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jessica Amezaga. I am a 2 time captain and I was Second Team All-District as a Sophomore and First Team All-District as a Junior. I was also named All City as a Junior. I started playing basketball when I was 3 years old. I was always with my mom, a former high school coach, in the gym. She ended up putting the ball in my hands and that’s when my dream started. I want to play College Basketball because I want to make a name for myself and prove that dreams do come true.

I would be a good candidate for any team because I have great leadership skills and I am self-motivated, self-driven, and a hard worker. I stand out because even though i’m not as tall as the other girls, I put in more effort and heart than anyone else on the court.
