I've been playing the game of basketball since my eighth grade year. Covid started in that same year so I had to basically train myself. One thing you are certain to get from me is determination and hard work. I didn't let the pandemic and family issues get in the way of my love for the game. The same can be said in the classroom. I get put in classes that are difficult because my counselors know me for not giving up and fighting to the end.
One thing that make me different to other recruits is that I spend a lot of my time with elders and older adults to gain more understanding and wisdom for my everyday life. Many people have told me how mature I am for my age, but the secret is spending time with people older than you and learning from them. This has helped become a better player and overall a better human being. These skills and qualities can be useful on r any team and could help bring the team together.
