My name is NaDaisha Shaw and I am 5’9 ft. tall, weighing about 160 pounds. I have played varsity basketball since I was a freshman. As a freshman, I was selected to play on a select basketball team with CC Thunder ( Corpus), and have done so for the last two years. , I
can truly say I have worked extremely hard on and off the floor. I love working out and taking care of my body, my defensive skills is my #1 best asset, can get to basket at ease, and have a really nice jump shot! I am an active participant in my church, Since Hurricane Harvey tormented the town of Refugio Texas, I have strived to help my community rebuild by donating my time and efforts. When Covid hit I returned from college basketball to help my family with their struggles. I recently have came back to college and now n ready to start doing what I love again which is dominating the sport of basketball.I have a GPA of 3.75 and I really thrive hard to maintain my grades. I have set my goals very high in life and plan to achieve them with God first, my grades second and my God given athletic ability last. My short term goals are to graduate in the top 10% of my class with a GPA of at least a 4.0 or better. Attending college (make good grades), play basketball and run track. I am a general buissness major!
