Jalynn Bristow '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing organized basketball since kindergarten. Most of my elementary years were spent playing on a boys team. I feel like playing with them made me tougher and more aggressive. 

As a freshman I started 35 out of 35 games on varsity. I helped turn the team around, from 10-18 overall, 1-7 district, to 30-5 and district champs, regional qualifiers and state ranked. I averaged 19ppg, 10,8rbs, 1.7ast, 2stls, and 1blk per game. 

School records I broke:

Points scored in a season - 666, PPG average - 19, Games scoring 20+ - 17, Rebounds - 379, Points scored in a single game - 42, Rebounds in a single game - 21

Sophomore goals:

Team: Beat several state ranked teams, make it farther than the regional tournament. 

Individual: Make it to 1000 points by January, Average 13 rebounds, shoot 80% on free throws, continue to improve on my 3's.
