My name is Montana Wetzel and I am currently a Junior at Yantis Highschool. I have played girls varsity basketball for the past three years. All three years I have received Academic All District Player. My freshman year I received New comer of the Year, Sophomore year I received First Team All District, and my Junior year I was selected District Offensive Player of the Year. I play basketball year round and push myself to be nothing but the best. For the past two years I have served as a team captain and I pride myself on being a positive team leader. I am a very outgoing social person. I always put my academics first, and strive to keep an A average in all subjects. I am ranked 2nd in my class and I am currently taking dual credit classes through TJC and PJC and I am also enrolled in all honors classes through my school. I plan on majoring in physical therapy. I feel as if I could be a helpful asset to any team because I am capable of playing every position on the court.
