Personal Statement
My collegiate goals and aspirations include mainly self-improvement. I would like to grow and experience hard things that will push me to become better as a person and a player. I know college basketball can do that for me with the right mindset and attitude. I would like to pursue any career in sports medicine so I can help athletes like myself in the future feel and perform the best they can.
I want to play at a collegiate level because of the opportunity it gives me to be apart of something bigger. I would be a good candidate for any team because I‘m willing to accept constructive criticism that I know will better me. If given the chance I can show the talents and characteristics I have developed that make me invaluable. My desire to compete and win makes me different from other recruits. I am a team leader who motivates and encourages every one of my teammates and brings that fire and energy to the court that’s needed to pump people up. My character is not something that can be shown through statistics but is something recognized by my family, friends, teammates, and coaches. What sets me apart from other players is my ability to control the game. I use my basketball IQ and leadership skills to help contribute to any team I’m on.
