2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I am a 5' 11" combo guard from Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently a Junior at West High School, I lettered in varsity my freshman year and served, the last two years, as the captain of my AAU team. I missed my sophomore basketball season due to an injury while playing in a comp soccer game. It was devastating to miss my sophomore year of basketball, but the time away made me realize how much I love the game and I decided to focus on basketball.
It is my dream to play college basketball, but it is also very important to me to attend a school that places a high value on academics. I have a 4.0 GPA and I am in the AP/IB program at my school. Academically motivated, I am looking for a school that will nurture me as a student as well as an athlete.
