Gabby Parke '24 Recruiting Profile

I started playing basketball when I was 9 years old, and I quickly fell in love with the game.  That same year I watched our high school girls basketball team play in the WV state championship game, and I became determined to play at their level.  I have proven to myself that I have the determination, dedication, and work ethic to achieve this goal.  I have put in long hours to get to where I am, and I am going to continue so that I can reach the next level (college).  Every time I am on the court, I never want to leave knowing that I did not go the hardest I could. With everything I do, I want to be the noticeably hardest worker there. Not only do I work hard on the court, but I also put that same dedication into my school work.  I have maintained a 3.8-4.0 GPA since I started school.   While in college, I will continue to strive to be a dynamic player on the court and a successful student in the classroom.
